Are you passionate about HR topics and data analysis and want to gain deep insights into a new and future-oriented area of HR? As a working student in HR Controlling and Processes at RKW, you will have the opportunity to gain an overview of the entire HR process landscape: 

  • You will get to know SAP SuccessFactors as our central HR data and management tool in order to collect analyses for HR reporting
  • You prepare the results in management presentations and derive recommendations for action
  • You support the definition of HR key performance indicators and the creation of HR dashboards
  • You actively work on the creation, optimization and digitalization of various HR processes in an international environment
