Workplace Safety Representative (Silao)

¿What will you do?

Accountable for providing Workplace Safety technical and regulatory advice, mentoring, instructing, and coaching to site/functional operations. They are responsible for assisting Site Leadership with the following to maintain compliance with all GM Workplace Safety and regulatory requirements: Analyzing Workplace Safety data and communicating results and trends along with continuous improvement opportunities; Assessing site Workplace Safety performance and conformance to requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

LEVEL EXPECTATIONS: Intermediate level professional, requiring independent judgment and decision‑making on significant matters as well as experience and/or specialized training typically obtained through a specialized course of academic instruction.
