The successful candidate will maintain high standards across all workplace services, ensuring meeting rooms, common areas and facilities are clean, fully operational and ready for use.

They will proactively engage with stakeholders at all levels to deliver excellent customer service and ensure a consistently high-quality workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the “Meeting Rooms Standard” requirement, including preparation and delivery of hospitality requests (tea/coffee).
  • Ensure all meeting rooms are ready for business, including cleanliness, equipment testing and stock replenishment.
  • Deliver day-to-day hospitality services for meeting rooms and support visitor hosting.
  • Maintain a professional image at all times.
  • Ensure all areas are clean, tidy, well-stocked and ready for use, including common areas and facilities.
