Lead and motivate technicians to deliver top-quality work and customer satisfaction.
Manage workshop workflow, productivity, and safety standards.

Experience as a Workshop Controller or Assistant Manager in a main-dealer environment and strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a busy workshop
Full UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties)
