We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on leader to manage workshop operations, drive sales performance, and develop a high-performing team of facilitators and customer experience staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Business Growth- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for workshops and retail products
- Drive upselling of workshop packages, corporate bookings, and add-on products
- Identify new sales opportunities (schools, corporates, tourism, events)
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Support pricing strategies and promotional campaigns
