Job Opportunity: Workshop Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Workshop Supervisor – Cold Chain to join our team in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise repair and maintenance of refrigeration equipment, deep freezers, and refrigerated vehicles.
Manage workshop technicians and daily operations.
Ensure timely troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Maintain service quality, safety, and spare parts coordination.
Prepare maintenance reports and monitor workshop performance.
Requirements:
BE Mechanical/B Tech (Mechanical) or relevant technical qualification in Refrigeration / Mechanical
Minimum 1–3 years' experience in cold chain or refrigeration workshop operations.
Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills
Experience with commercial refrigeration systems will be preferred
Hands on MS Office particularly in Excel and PPT
Location: Karachi
Salary: 70K
