Workshop Technician

Reporting into the Workshop Team Leader, the new Workshop Technician (“WT”) will be based at our Notting Hill head office. The WT is to play a key role in taking care of technical assistance for internal stakeholders and our customers’ products service work and presales requirements, as well as:

• Maintenance, repair, and testing of customer products;
• Ensure timely completion of service work and associated records and reports;
• Provide technical assistance to Field Service Technicians and Territory Managers;
• Assess incoming jobs and provide feedback to customers if there are any anticipated delays;
• Conduct presales service work when requested and assist with maintaining database of customer presales requirements;
• Prepare detailed quotations for customers, assist with queries, and always positively promote Draeger;
