What You’ll Do: Lead concepting and copywriting for campaigns, brand messaging, and strategic storytelling. Develop tone of voice and messaging guidelines for clients and internal brands. Present creative work to stakeholders, clearly articulating your writing rationale. Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account leads to deliver exceptional work. Review and refine work from junior writers, providing mentorship and constructive feedback. Push the team’s creative thinking while maintaining clarity and consistency. What We’re Looking For: 6+ years of experience in copywriting, ideally in an agency or brand environment. A portfolio that showcases big ideas, strong headlines, and smart storytelling.
