Job Description
  • Assist the Project Manager / WSHE Officer to identify any unsafe condition in the worksite or unsafe work practice in the worksite
  • Assist the Site Manager / WSHE Officer to implement reasonably practicable measures to remedy the unsafe condition or unsafe work practice
  • Check Sub-Contractors' work to ensure compliance with the WSH Act and its subsidiary legislations, including the provisions of the WSH (Construction) Regulations
  • Carry out site WSHE programmes, procedures and assist in organising WSHE awareness activities such as tool-box meetings, WSHE orientation, WSHE induction, promotional activities, etc.
  • Monitor risk assessment compliance and report to WSHE Officer for any non-compliance
  • Ensure risk assessment control measures are implemented for all site activities
  • Be prepared to stop work or to notify the WSHE Department in the event of any WSHE deviations
