Become a key player at WSP Canada as the Quality Management Leader, overseeing national quality assurance efforts. Focus on enhancing client satisfaction through strategic quality initiatives.

In this role, your leadership will foster continuous improvement across diverse sectors. With at least eight years in quality management, you’ll engage with project teams to instill a culture of quality and compliance. Your strategic insights will drive consistent delivery of high standards expected by clients throughout Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate strategic quality support to sector operations
• Champion WSP’s Quality objectives and management system
• Monitor quality KPIs and client satisfaction trends
• Support quality action planning and initiatives
• Lead discussions in national quality forums and meetings
