X2 Warehouse Executive (2 years contract)
Employment Type: Contract
Monthly Salary: $3500
Location: Tuas / Changi
Working Hours: Shift hours (Rotating shift)
Period: 2 Years Contract
Job Responsibilities:- Supervise and assist Outbound HOD on Warehouse day to day operations
- Generate daily distribution report/listing from WMS
- Sorting and checking of items picked for delivery at the Outbound staging area
- Plan and co‑ordinate Drivers to deliver the items to internal and external users
- Co‑ordinate and liaise with user on urgent indent request and self‑collection items
- Collect serviceable and unserviceable items returned from users/units and perform physical and accountability checks on the items before bringing back to the warehouse
- Tally the issue vouchers against the WMS delivery note ensuring that all items have been successfully delivered
