You will serve as a vital member of the Fabrication Process Engineering team at Xanadu, expertly managing BEOL process integration for high-performance quantum chips. Your experience will guide the development and optimization of process flows while working alongside engineers dedicated to advancing the field. Continuous improvement and collaboration are key in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement BEOL process integration schemes
• Collaborate with diverse engineering teams
• Manage integration efforts with foundry partners
• Execute metrology and failure analysis plans
• Deliver integrated photonic chips and circuits
Requirements:
• PhD in physics or related field, with 5+ years experience
• Hands-on experience in photonic and semiconductor fabrication
