Aspire People is currently recruiting for a dedicated and resilient 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Druids Heath from September 2026.

This full‑time position involves providing individual support for a pupil in Year 5 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), challenging behaviours, and high additional needs. The role is expected to continue for the duration of the academic year until July 2027.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping the pupil access learning, regulate their emotions, develop positive relationships, and achieve their full potential both academically and socially.
