As a Youth Care Practitioner at The Link, you'll oversee the daily functioning of the Healing Home program under the Program Supervisor's guidance. This role necessitates a compassionate approach, implementing trauma-informed care while acting as a positive role model. You will be proactive in engaging with youth, helping them achieve personalized goals throughout their journey.
