Youth Development Specialist (Level 6) — 1:1 & Group Work

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a passionate and motivated Youth Worker to join our team in Dudley. This full-time position focuses on supporting young people to build confidence, resilience, and brighter futures by creating safe, engaging spaces and delivering inspiring activities.

The successful candidate will deliver 1-to-1 interventions, facilitate group work in schools, and lead youth club activities. This fixed-term role is critical for helping young people thrive in their communities.
