Youth Floating Support Worker (Maternity Cover)
We are currently recruiting for a Youth Floating Support Worker to join a dedicated service supporting young people with complex challenges to live independently and build brighter futures. This is an initial maternity cover position, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a real and lasting impact.

Responsibilities
Provide tailored, person-centred support to young people (aged 16-25) to help them access and maintain accommodation

Support young people to develop independent living skills, including budgeting, tenancy management and life skills

Complete assessments, develop support plans and carry out regular reviews to track progress

Deliver practical, hands-on support and advocacy with housing providers and external agencies
