Youth Support Workers are pivotal in creating and supporting tailored activities for young people. As a Youth Support Worker your personality and creativity will be key in shaping and helping children pursue personal aspirations.

Responsibilities for this role include:

•Encouraging young people to engage in a variety of clubs and offsite trips.

• Planning, organising, and running half term programmes.
