Who We Are
Simple Wealth Academy is a fast-growing military finance and real estate education brand founded by
Navy veteran Josh Villareal. We teach active-duty service members and veterans how to build wealth
through VA loans and real estate investing. Our YouTube channel is a core part of that mission — and
we need someone sharp to help us run it like a machine.
We produce both long-form educational content and short-form clips. The work culture is chill, but
output and reliability need to be elite.
What You'll Own
• Manage the weekly production calendar for 2 long-form and 2–5 short-form videos per week
• Set up and track all projects in ClickUp with clear tasks, owners, and deadlines
• Create and maintain an Edit Brief for every video (scope, style, tier...
