Job Description
Patricia Baez is seeking a Zendesk Implementation Specialist with robust experience in Contact Centers. This expert will lead Zendesk implementations and configure workflows for optimal customer support operations.
Candidates should have 3–6+ years of experience, strong understanding of ticketing systems, and expertise in APIs and automation. Proficiency in English (C1/C2) is mandatory.
A background in Systems Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
