Role Overview
Our client is seeking an Executive Chef with proven 5‑star game lodge experience, strong administrative and financial management skills and a passion for culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all food production and service activities, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation across all lodges.
- Develop, review and innovate menus, recipes and food concepts to maintain luxury hospitality standards.
- Manage daily kitchen operations, streamline processes and coordinate across departments.
- Oversee food production for restaurants, room service, events, conferences, weddings and special functions.
- Implement financial management strategies to minimise costs and maximise profitability.
