Internship Programs Our Industrial Placement & Summer Analysts have the opportunity to be involved in an immersive orientation program and learn about our culture as well as the benefits and responsibilities of being a member of the Firm. You will participate in an intensive division-specific training program focused on developing a strong foundation in the basic skills of financial analysis, accounting and valuation, and work on a wide range of transactions. In addition, Industrial Placement & Summer Analysts have many opportunities to exchange ideas and network with peers, mentors and senior managers through team-building sessions and benefit from working alongside experienced professionals on meaningful projects during their internship. Our internship programs are designed to provide a realistic view of Investment Banking by having the interns assume the functions of Full-Time Analysts. Role and Responsibilities The role of Industrial Placement & Summer Analysts may include: Analyzing detailed company, industry, and financial information Preparing financial analyses and exhibits, including comparable company, precedent transaction and performance benchmarking materials Building financial models to evaluate valuation and transaction outcomes Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials, including pitch books, information memoranda, and management presentations Supporting the execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions Qualifications and Skills You are pursuing an undergraduate Bachelors or Master's degree with a graduation date between October 2027 and July 2028 Knowledge of and a keen interest in finance Analytical, adaptive, multi-tasker, team player; possess a strong work ethic and leadership skills Extraordinarily high level of motivation and attention to detail Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Fluency in English is required Business fluency in Mandarin is an advantage for the program in Hong Kong Business fluency in a South East Asian language is an advantage for the program in Singapore Business fluency in Korean is required for the program in Seoul Internship Period Industrial Placement Program: 6 months between January and July 2027 Summer Analyst Program: 10 weeks between June and August 2027 Application Process and Deadline Application process may vary by location but typically follows: CV Screening On-Demand Video Interview Zoom Interview Superday Application deadline 1: Sunday, August 16, 2026 at 23:55 HKT / 23:55 SGT / 22:55 KST Application deadline 2: Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 23:55 HKT / 23:55 SGT / 22:55 KST We recruit on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as you are ready.
